LENORA Guarantee

Legal Guarantee: In accordance with the consumer protection laws of the European Union, North America and the Caribbean, we offer a legal guarantee of 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and flaws in the purchased product. In the event that it is not possible to repair the piece, the customer may choose one of the options provided for in the first paragraph of article 18 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), or use the credit as part of the payment for another piece of greater value.

LENORA Warranty: The LENORA Warranty is valid for 1 (one) year and covers any defects related to technical aspects of manufacturing and/or the materials used in the production of the purchased item. If it is not possible to repair the part within the conditions of the LENORA Warranty, another identical or similar part of equal value will be provided at no additional cost.

LENORA Jewelry Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LENORA Jewelry. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product for any reason, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Right of Withdrawal: Under consumer protection laws in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason. For the United States and other regions, we offer a 30-day withdrawal period.

Return Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged and with all original tags and packaging intact. The return request must be made within the stipulated periods (14 days for EU and 30 days for other regions).

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at support@lenorajewelry.com . Please provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a postal service that offers tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transport.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or one that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We will provide a free return label, and you will have the option of receiving a full refund, exchange for the correct item, or store credit.

Exceptions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (e.g. custom engravings) and final sale items. These exceptions will be clearly communicated in the product description.
