Return and Refund Policy
1) Legal Guarantee
In accordance with consumer protection laws applicable in the European Union, North America and the Caribbean, we offer a 90 (ninety) day legal warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and product flaws .
If the part cannot be repaired, the customer may choose between the applicable legal alternatives (e.g., replacement with an identical or similar part, or a refund), or use a credit as part of the payment for another part of higher value.
2) LENORA Guarantee
In addition to the legal guarantee, the LENORA Guarantee is valid for 1 (one) year and covers defects related to technical aspects of manufacturing and/or materials . If repair is not possible under these conditions, an identical or similar item of equal value will be offered at no additional cost.
3) Special conditions for bonus items
In promotional campaigns, some jewelry may be given away as bonus items (e.g., a free piece when purchasing more than one product).

These items are not eligible for return or exchange due to buyer's remorse .

They will only be replaced in case of manufacturing defect or production error .

In case of a return of the original purchase, the bonus item must also be returned .
4) Return and Refund Policy
4.1 Right of Withdrawal

European Union: the customer can cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

United States and other regions: We offer a 30-day period to request a voluntary return (LENORA's commercial policy).
4.2 Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange (where applicable):

The product must be unused , undamaged , with all original labels and packaging in good condition.

The request must be made within the indicated deadlines (14 days EU / 30 days other regions).

The items subject to the bonus are governed by point 3 .
4.3 Return Process

Write to support@lenorajewelry.com with: order number, item(s) and reason.

We will send you instructions and the return address .

In case of a defective or incorrect item , we will issue a return label at no cost .
4.4 Return and Reshipping Costs

For voluntary returns (without defects) , the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation without cause / change of mind: if, after returning the product, the customer requests reshipping, exchange, or new shipment of the same item or a replacement without a reason attributable to LENORA , a reshipping fee will be applied, in addition to the return costs when applicable.

Packages returned for reasons not attributable to LENORA (e.g., incorrect/incomplete address, repeated absence, unjustified rejection): the new shipment will only be made after payment of the reshipping fee , and additional logistics management costs may apply.

We recommend using a service with tracking and insurance , as we are not responsible for losses or damages during the return shipment.
4.5 Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

For orders with bonus items , the refund amount will be calculated according to the rules in point 3 .
4.6 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We offer a replacement , a full refund , or store credit , and we cover the return shipping .
4.7 Exceptions / Non-returnable

Personalized products (e.g., engraved items) and final sales are not returnable, except in case of manufacturing defects .
