LENORA Guarantee
Legal Warranty: In accordance with consumer protection laws in the European Union, North America, and the Caribbean, we offer a legal warranty of 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and flaws in the purchased product. If the part cannot be repaired, the customer may choose one of the options provided in the first paragraph of Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), or use the credit as part of the payment for another part of greater value.
LENORA Guarantee: The LENORA Guarantee is valid for one (1) year and covers any defects related to manufacturing techniques and/or the materials used in the production of the purchased item. If the part cannot be repaired under the LENORA Guarantee conditions, another identical or similar part of equal value will be provided at no additional cost.

LENORA Jewelry Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at LENORA Jewelry. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product for any reason, our return and refund policy is as follows:
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with consumer protection laws in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 15 days of receiving the product without providing a reason. For the United States and other regions, we offer a 30-day withdrawal period.
Return Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Return requests must be submitted within the stipulated timeframes (15 days for the EU and 30 days for other regions).
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at support@lenorajewelry.com . Please provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a postal service that offers tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or one that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We will provide a free return label, and you will have the option of receiving a full refund, exchange for the correct item, or store credit.
Exceptions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (e.g., custom engravings) and final sale items. These exceptions will be clearly communicated in the product description.
