How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase, including details and descriptions of the jewelry purchased, via the email address you registered.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Yes, you can change your address up to 12 hours after placing your order. Once it's been sent to the shipping company, changes cannot be made. To request a change, please email us with your new information to support@lenorajewelry.com .
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all of Europe, South America, and North America.
