Q: What shipping company do you use?

A: We use Canada Post for most deliveries. Occasionally we will employ the services of other shipping companies if needed.

 

Q: Will my order include a tracking number?

A: For orders under $100, customers may select a shipping method during checkout that includes a tracking number, for an additional fee. Orders over $100 will have a tracking number included automatically at no additional cost.

 

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Yes. Lenora Jewelry offers wholesale pricing to legitimate businesses worldwide. If you would like to set up a wholesale account with Lenora, please read our Wholesale Terms of Service page and contact us. Be prepared to send us a copy of your vendor permit/resale certificate.
